Main Pavilion / Splashpad Phase

After multiple bid processes without a bidder due to cost, timelines, procurement, and labor shortages, the Village redesigned their bids to break down the process differently.  The Main Pavilion / Splashpad Phase was bid out in August 2023, and accepted and started in September 2023.  The bid was accepted for $1,230,000 to complete the scope of work.  

Westerheide Construction Company was selected as the lowest bidder with Resolution R31-23.  Westerheide began construction in on the underground work and main pavilion in the Fall of 2023, with the splashpad and final work anticipated to be completed in May, 2024.
