Sellman's Warehouse Redevelopment Project

Property Information

The project property includes four parcels – H19-00310, H19-000320, H19-000300, and H19-000290 totaling just over half an acre (0.53 acres). The property includes two primary buildings built in 1953 – a 40’x80’ building which includes two stories and access from Wright Street; and a 76’ x 70’ building which includes two stories and a full basement with access on Wright Street and Main Street. Additional land is available for parking, although it has a very steep grade.

Project Goals

The Village purchased the properties in March 2023, with the goal to control the future development of the property, and to support the Village redevelopment efforts in the area. Working with the previous owner, the Village was able to negotiate a deal to acquire the properties to assure that existing businesses would be supported and potentially redevelop the properties to allow for more opportunities within the Village.

Public Process

The Village is working on plans to redevelop the site and will be sharing those plans with the public to receive feedback.
