The Village of Covington Administration Department includes the Administrator, Fiscal Officer, Financial Analyst, and Office Manager / Utility Billing Clerk. The Administration Department includes all financial, billing, and budgeting functions of the Village as well as management of all Village operations.

The Village began publishing its year end Financial Report in 2022. Please see below for the published financial report which includes receipts, disbursements, and other finance positions for the year. Please note this report also includes the fund balances at the end of the year for all types of funds as well as the complete debt position of the Village. The intent of publishing this data is to provide a more transparent look into the Village's financial position.
