Utility Rates

The following charges are combined on one monthly bill for 2023 (Starting in April):

• Trash service: $18.03
• Low Volume Trash Service - small can: $15.97
• Recycling service: $4.64 
• Monthly water capital charge (standard meter): $28.58
• Water tower maintenance charge: $8.74
• Monthly sewer capital charge (standard meter): $12.78

Commercial customer base charges vary based on the size of the water/sewer service. All water meters are read monthly with the water and sewer usage charges added to the base bill you receive.

The following usage rates are currently in effect:

• Water usage is billed @ $4.10 per 1,000 gallons for the first 6,000 gallons usage per month.
• Water usage from 6,000 gallons and up per month will be billed @ $3.73 per 1,000 additional gallons.
• Sewer Rates $4.15 per 1,000 gallons of water used.
