The Covington Community Park is located on West Broadway along the scenic Stillwater River, making it an ideal spot for fishing, canoeing, or any other outdoor activity. The eight acre park contains 2 ball diamonds, a boy scout shelter, concession stand, playground equipment, open picnic areas and one enclosed shelter house that is available for rental.

One shelter is available to rent from April 1 through October 31. The large shelter house can seat 100 people.  Learn More about Park Rentals. Reservations open on January 1 of the year of rental with a non-refundable payment of $30 at the Covington Government Center at 1 S. High Street, Covington, OH.  Reservations are on a first come, first served basis.

Several upgrades have been made over the years thanks to the generosity of local organizations and individuals. Upgrades to the playground equipment were made in 2010 thanks to a donation from the Covington Community Chest and the Felger Trust.

The Covington Community Park has also been the home of the annual Fort Rowdy celebration that takes place at the conclusion of every summer.
