Covington Government Center - RFQ

Village of Covington (Village) is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) for Design, Architectural, and Engineering Services for an Addition and Renovation to the Village of Covington Government Center.  Please see the Village Website for specifications: www.villageofcovington.com

Sealed proposals will be received by the Village Administrator, in the Government Center, 1 S. High Street, Covington, Ohio, until 1:00 p.m. on January 24, 2023, for the following project:

Request for Qualifications for Design, Architectural, and Engineering Services for an Addition and Remodel to the Village of Covington Government Center

Envelopes should be plainly marked “Request for Qualifications for Design, Architectural, and Engineering Services for an Addition and Remodel to the Village of Covington Government Center” and made to the attention of Kyle Hinkelman, Village Administrator.

Each RFQ shall have a statement of qualifications (SOQ) that meets the Village specifications noted as part of this RFQ, and shall comply with the ORC, including 735.06 and bid and performance sureties if applicable.  The Village reserves the right to reject any or all responses.
